Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These terms apply to the Dark Tactics mobile game published by DTWebTA (“we”, “us”). Installing or playing it means you accept them. If you do not, please do not install it.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent or sublicense it, and you may not modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app except where that is expressly permitted by law you cannot contract out of.
What you buy, and what you do not
- The game is free. One optional in-app purchase removes adverts permanently on that store account.
- It buys a licence, not property: nothing in the game is an asset, a token or a redeemable good, and it has no value outside the game.
- Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are theirs to grant under their policies, so ask them first — write to us if that does not resolve it.
- Progress and purchases live on your device and your store account. We cannot restore progress lost to a wiped device, and we do not hold a copy of it.
Adverts
The free game shows adverts, including optional ones you choose to watch for a reward. We do not control which adverts are served — see the privacy policy for who does.
Playing with other people
Multiplayer connects two devices directly on your own network, or through a relay you or a friend run. Be decent to whoever you are playing with. Do not use the game to send anything unlawful, and do not try to interfere with someone else’s device through it. Because the connection is yours rather than ours, we cannot moderate it — the remedy for a bad session is to disconnect.
Fair use of the software
Do not attempt to disrupt the game for others, tamper with the app to gain purchases you have not made, or redistribute the app or its assets as your own. We may stop supporting a version of the game, and we may change or discontinue features in a future release.
Ownership
The game, its name, its artwork and its code are ours or our licensors’. Some third-party assets are used under their own licences, credited inside the app.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is”. We do not promise it is free of bugs, that it runs on every device, or that it will always be available. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost progress arising from your use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
